Connect the kitchen with the way the villa is used
We design and install villa kitchens across Pattaya, from open-plan family villas to rental properties, in areas such as Jomtien, Naklua, Wong Amat and Pratumnak. Many owners live in Bangkok, so we coordinate site visits, keys and approvals around weekend trips.
A villa kitchen may be a daily workspace, a gathering place or part of a large living and dining area. Start with the way the property will be used. A family home, a holiday home and a villa accommodating regular guests can have different priorities for storage, cleaning and appliance access.
Consider the view from the dining table and lounge, together with the routes used to serve meals and clear dishes. An island can create a social focal point where space allows it. A wall-based arrangement can leave the centre open. Check movement between indoor and outdoor areas without interrupting the main preparation zone.
How much does a villa kitchen cost in Pattaya?
A villa kitchen in Pattaya typically costs ฿400,000–1,500,000. An L-shaped kitchen with an island and quartz worktop sits at ฿400,000–800,000; a larger open-plan kitchen with a stone island, tall appliance wall and teak or lacquer fronts costs ฿800,000–1,500,000. A separate outdoor or show kitchen is priced on top.
Define the project beyond the cabinet fronts
Think about who will use the kitchen and what equipment they need. Keep everyday utensils apart from things you use only now and then, and consider whether some storage should lock. Talk through ventilation, cleaning and care for the proposed materials. Images from our kitchen collection help you compare proportions, but your actual room decides the final layout.
Tell Pattaya Kitchens where your villa is, how we can reach it, the room sizes and when you would like the work done. If you are renovating, let us know what needs doing before the new cabinets go in. You can ask for your quotation to list cabinetry, worktops, appliances, delivery, installation and other trades separately. Our kitchen design planning and island layout pages can help you shape ideas that suit your villa and how you will use it.
Let the kitchen belong to the whole villa
Look at the kitchen from the entrance, dining table and terrace. The back of an island may be as visible as the cabinet fronts; the fridge and extractor can influence the entire room. Carry a small number of colours and textures between the kitchen and living spaces. Then make sure serving, clearing and storage remain comfortable when friends are staying or more than one person is cooking.
